Pre-recorded and Live Presentations
Authors have the option of either presenting their research as a pre-recorded video or live presentation during the allocated timeslot. Authors are encouraged to present live but have a pre-recorded back-up in case of technical difficulties.
Presentation Time
Each presenter has been alloted a 15 minute time slot. The presentation should be roughly 10-12 minutes long and it must allow 3-5 minutes for audience questions.
Sizing Slides
PowerPoint presentations should use a ‘wide-screen (16:9)’ format. Go to the Design tab then select Slide Size. On the dropdown menu, select ‘Widescreen (16:9)’ and click OK.
Platform
The official platform for the conference will be Zoom and can be downloaded under following link:
To ensure that no technical issues occur during the conference, we ask each presenting author to do a dry-run of the presentation in Zoom before the conference beginning.
During the conference each presenting author will be introduced and given screen sharing rights by the rooms moderator. The presenter can then share their presentation and begin at the allotted time.
