Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until July 1st, 2021 (11:59 pm CET).
Cancellations received after July 1st, 2021 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.

Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. For any change of names, a fee of EUR 30,00 will be charged.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
